Your information
Privacy, clearly explained.
How information is handled on this website.

Who is responsible
Tenth Mark is responsible for information you provide when contacting the studio. For privacy questions or requests, email info@tenthmark.net.
What is collected
The enquiry form collects your name, email address and message, and an organisation name if you choose to provide one. Supplying these details is voluntary, but an email address and enough information about your request are needed for us to respond. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
The site records when an enquiry is received and a reference for it. Short-lived security information helps prevent repeated or automated submissions. Your IP address is not stored with your enquiry.
How it is used
We use your information to understand and respond to your request. For potential projects, this supports steps you ask us to take before entering a contract. For other correspondence and site security, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and preventing misuse.
Cloudflare provides website hosting, security, enquiry storage and email forwarding. Enquiry notifications are delivered to the studio’s private inbox using Google’s email service. These providers process information needed to operate their services. The enquiry database is configured for storage in the European Union; email and security services may process information internationally.
Information about their processing and transfer arrangements is available in Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. Contact us if you need more information about how your enquiry is handled.
We do not sell enquiry information, add you to a mailing list, or use it for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies and browsing
This site uses no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. A necessary, temporary receipt cookie confirms your own form submission and expires after two hours. Cloudflare may process connection information to deliver and protect the site. Fonts and artwork are served directly from this website.
How long it is kept
Website enquiry records are automatically removed after 90 days. Security records are kept briefly to prevent misuse. Service recovery copies may remain for the provider’s backup period.
Email correspondence is kept while needed to answer your enquiry, manage any resulting work, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on the circumstances, you may also request restriction or portability.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise a right or raise a concern, email info@tenthmark.net. We may need to confirm your identity before releasing or changing information.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
